Amazon has once again partnered with Twitter to push the ecommerce’s social media shopping efforts.

The holidays are fast approaching and there’s no more perfect time for Amazon to introduce their wish list integration to Twitter. According to the data gathered by the ecommerce giant, one in three of their customers added items to wish lists last year. This feature may become hugely popular as the holidays come closer.

I, for one, often misplace my phone and searching for it took a lot of my precious time. So what I did is to look for a good app that I can conveniently use to help me locate my phone quickly! There’s a wide array of apps available on the market for Android and iOS. You can simply download and use just in case your phone gets stolen or has been misplaced.

Home Elevator Lifts – Are Residential Elevators a Must Have?

Okay, I am not quite ready to call myself “Elderly” and neither are you but I am thinking about how it will be best to change my lifestyle in preparation for getting older. I recently had two knees replaced and so now I am able to go up and down steps with little to no pain but prior to the knee surgery, climbing the two flights of steps into my home was exhausting and painful.

One of the items we considered was adding an elevator to our home. The Baby Boomers generation’s increasing desire to age in place is driving the concept installation of elevators or lifts in homes. Because of our generation’s contributions to science accompanied by technology’s rampant innovation, these residential lifts are becoming a desirable home amenity for us Boomers.

Just the thought of having elevators installed at our very own house sounded cool especially if I could program my own elevator music. But unfortunately, to have one installed at my home would definitely cost us a fortune. However, because of technological advancement we experience year after year, these machines are now quite a bit more affordable than two to three decades ago.  Read the rest of this entry

Sunday – Important day with Family

Sunday is Family Day

Working parents and grandparents like myself maybe swamped with the amount of work they have to deal with during working days. The majority of the workforce has the luxury to take time off on the weekends. This grants them a full weekend to spend time with themselves, do household chores on Saturday. Sunday on the other hand is a special day to bond with their families and friends. Hence, society dictates, Sunday is family day!

Summer Selfies

Summer is over which made me realized how time flew so fast! Fall is here and winter will eventually drop by then another new year will come in. Because I had a wonderful summer with my grandchildren this year, I decided to share with the world some of our summer selfies.  I never tire of spending time and making happy memories.
