Are You Identifying Spam Email

Are you getting a lot of spam email disguised as your friend.  How are you identifying this spam email and not opening these stupid links?  The Dalai Nana takes you through a simple method of identifying these spammers and how not to aid them in their devious actions.

I have a google apps account and last month my email was hacked (far more serious than spammed).  Someone posing as me contacted my banker and got information about my financial resources and almost robbed me of 1/3 my life savings!!!  Then they tried again with my broker.  Fortunately, the banker finally realized that this was not sensical and that he better follow up personally to confirm.
